LA Times Praises Book

In Housebreaking the Toddler Chris Erskine writing for the LA Times praises the book Tinkle, Tinkle, Little Tot by Bruce Lansky, Robert Pottle and Friends. After quoting a song from the book Erskine notes: "If you ask me, that's just great writing. It's involving and dramatic with an economy of language..." Thanks Chris, I agree.

My New School

Are you at a new school? Is it as scary as this?

My teacher looks like Dracula.

We learn of blood and bats.

The playground's home to toads and trolls,

lizards, newts and rats.

A few months ago I promised a funny poem movie. Then things got a bit crazy here with redesigning lolpoetry.com and starting up the new site gigglepoets.com . (Actually, I'm working on yet another new site, but it's not quite ready yet.)

Anyway, the first funny poem movie is ready! I think it was worth the wait. And even better news is that I have three more funny poem movies that are almost done. Look for those this fall.

The Artist

Maine Authors Weekend
