To qualify for a chance to win a free audio visit from children's author Robert Pottle, first watch the movie Educator's ABC's. Next, read the contest rules at the bottom of this page. Then correctly, and completely fill out the form below. Blue Lobster Press does not like junk mail, and we will NOT share the information submitted to us today with ANY third party. We do keep your address on file. We use the addresses we keep to notify you of new products or sales. For example, if Robert is going to be in your area at a certain date we may notify you of the opportunity for your school to save money on a school visit by dividing the travel expenses with other schools. You will hear from us rarely, if at all, so don't worry us about filling your box with junk. lolPoetry.com Audio Visit Contest Official Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY 1. Contest is open to individual people who are legal residents of the United States and a professional staff member of an elementary school in the United States. Employees of Blue Lobster Press, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Employees of book-industry manufacturers, competitors, and any others who are contractually bound to exclusively produce work for companies within the publishing industry are also not eligible to enter. The contest begins 9/6/06 and ends 10/20/06. 2. To enter, please submit the following: (a) A complete answer page to Robert Pottle's "Educator's ABC's" Individuals submitting more than one entry will not be eligible to win. (b) Contact information, including: name, school name, school address, e-mail address and grade level or subject taught. 3. Entries will be accepted by any of the following means: (a) By e-mail at: poet(at)robertpottle.com (b) By mail, postage prepaid to: Blue Lobster Press, 3919 Union St., Levant, ME 04456. Physical entries must be received by Blue Lobster Press no later than 10/20/06. (c) Web entry form located above. NOTE: ENTRIES WILL NOT BE RETURNED 4. Entries received after 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 10/20/06 will not be eligible. Blue Lobster Press shall not be responsible for lost, late, mutilated or misdirected entries. 5. Completed and correct entries will qualify for the drawing. A random drawing will be conduct within one week of the closing date of the contest to determine the winner. The grand-prize winner will win: (1) A free audio visit from children's author Robert Pottle. Delivered digitally in mp3 format. The winner will be notified by e-mail within one week of the date of the drawing. 6. All entries and requests become the property of Blue Lobster Press and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner's name, and the name, city and state of their school for purposes of trade, publicity or promotion for no additional compensation except where prohibited by law. 7. All taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winners. 8. All entrants release Blue Lobster Press, its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents, and all others associated with the development and execution of this from any and all liability from injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of any prize. 9. Prizes must be claimed by 11/31/06. Return of notification of prize as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of prize. An alternate potential winner may be selected at the sole discretion of Blue Lobster Press. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner. 10. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 11. The Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the state of Maine. |
